1. Is the rod solid or a hollow pipe you cum through ?
2. If solid, how do you blow with it in there ?
@muffdiver4558 both, but hollow is easier to blow through. solid, it blows out around the rod, and can be more intense. I prefer hollow as a beginner. Take it very slowly, carefully and lots of lube. It is a different but enjoyable sensation, just work it a cm or so around the inside of your knob at first. even just that is good enough for most. you dont have to go deep.
