i had the chance, but i was young and my girlfriends mother seemed so old lol
we were at her mothers place and we were showering together, and she called her mother in to join us.
then another time that same girlfriend invited her mom to have dinner with us, then her mother said she was tired and asked if she could stay the night, i said fine, and they slept in my bed and i slept on the couch.
if i could have gone back i probably would have done it, i was young and a bit shy.

If mother and daughter are balking at too many guys at one time, suggest multiple sessions over several days/weeks. That is, playdates with one guy only, playdates with two guys, playdates with three or more guys and even a gangbang.
I think there is plenty of demand for a mother-daughter combo. And it's an opportunity for them to cash in.
