We are looking to find a good hotel or motel with easy access to the room where people can come and go without us leaving the room.

have you thought about an airBNB? then you could just give your guests the address and leave the door unlocked.

i know its not cbd, but ive been taking girls to this place https://plumptonhotel.com.au/
room had 2x queen beds and a descent bathroom. was only $150 on a saturday night
plus descent parking can pull up and walk straight to the room
